     Several hundred references related to Scanning Probe Microscopy has been sorted and classified for your convenience in this section according to the materials investigated. Reference collections below cover a wide range of materials and, consequently, SPM techniques. This classification as well as our choice regarding certain preferences in favour of one category or the other are very relative.
     It should be noted also that these collections do not reflect all references from various sections of our Library.
